carbo goodness

I really love baking bread.  It's so rhythmic.  Some times though it doesn't all get eaten.  Does that ever happen to you? I made a herb loaf a few Sunday's ago and the top turned out all crazy looking.  It was off putting for some!

I've figured the best thing to do with left over bread that's lost it's spring is to make bread crumbs or take the littles for a walk and feed it to the ducks. What kind of variations do you make with your bread?  My favourite at the moment is olive and herb sliced warm with a good crumbling of marinated feta on top.
