The big freeze

Do you like to bag a bargain in the meat cabinet? I do! If I see a cut that's on sale I like to stock up but some times trouble starts when I get home.  Not enough room in the freezer, Grrr! The easiest way around it that I've found is to take the meat out of the plastic trays and rebag the cuts in zip lock or freezer bags. That way it means that meat can sit flat against each other and I can fit A LOT more into my freezer.
