weekender breakfasting



I hope you get to have a lazy breakfast this weekend. We relish the ease of Saturday mornings! Here's a little tip to make your bacon all the more delicious.
Place the bacon into a cold frying pan then set it on the heat. Using this method renders out the fat leaving it crispier and a little healthier to eat. As healthy as bacon can get!

To make the little number above read on.

Set your oven to 180
Grease a muffin pan
Trim the crusts off 12 pieces of bread
Tuck the bread pieces down into the muffin cups to form a little case
Cut 4 pieces of bacon into 3 equal parts
Lay the bacon across the bread cups
Crack an egg into each cup
Cook in the over for about 10 minutes
Remove from the oven when the eggs stop wobbling when you give the tray a little shake.

I like to drink orange juice when I eat bacon and eggs.
