Accidental deliciousness

A while ago I was cutting up onions for dinner and also snacking at the same time. I turned and using the same knife sliced off a piece of tasty cheese. Little did I know that the onion juice slid right off onto the cheese to. Heaven! It became a gorgeous combination, not too overpowering just the right amount of kick.
Once again this week I was back to my cooking/snacking and stumbled across another delicious combination. Granted a little more adventurous than the original cheese + onion. Camembert with tiny slivers of corriander and mint. I think I heard angels singing. Quickly I imagined it topping some steak. Even more angels singing!
