more than one way - the garlic edition

Peeling garlic.  Fun!
I get it.
You have a few options though if you're wanting a naked clove to crush.

1. take a large blade knife, lay the clove flat on the cutting board and holding the knife in one hand lay it flat on top of the clove. Use your other hand to push even pressure down on the knife to smoosh the garlic (Take care! Don't slip!) The peel will now slip right off.

2. Peel it old school. Starting at the bottom of the clove makes it easier.

3. Buy a crusher/press that doesn't require peeling! Whole cloves in, squeeze and bam lovely skwooshed garlic. Jamie Olive and Zyliss brands make a lovely garlic press for that job!
